The Benefits of Cleansing the Skin with Rice Water

Rice has been used for thousands of years in the China, Japan, and other Asian countries.  It’s some of the mainstays of nutrients in the diet, but many people don't know it's also one of the ways Asian women retain their beauty. They use rice water for cleansing the skin as well as rice milk to keep the wrinkles away.

Rice contains inositol, a carbohydrate that repairs damaged hair, and protects it from damage. It keeps the gray hair out of the head until very late in life, and helps the hair grow. Inositol stays inside the hair even after rinsing. This offers continued hair protection and beautifying effects on hair.
