If you have received the wrong item, please contact us (info@urbanserenite.com) within 24 hours of delivery, therefore, we can provide you with the necessary return instructions. Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by packing slip and all original packaging. The product(s) must be returned unused and undamaged to ensure an exchange. The correct purchased item(s) will be processed as soon as possible, once the returned package is received.
